Important: ProjectLink is a project-coordination and contractor-network company. Physical trade work is performed by the independent contractor selected for the project unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
THE PROCESS

Simple for the customer. Structured behind the scenes.

Our intake is designed around the operating structure in ProjectLink's customer and operational documentation.

01

Submit your request

Tell us what you need, where the project is located, what condition the property is in, and when you want the work done.

02

ProjectLink reviews it

We review the requested trade, geographic eligibility, basic scope, urgency, and information needed to move the inquiry forward.

03

Contractor coordination

When an appropriate network contractor is available, ProjectLink coordinates the introduction and communication necessary to evaluate the opportunity.

04

Quote & project agreement

The contractor evaluates the job and provides the applicable quote and project-specific terms. The customer and contractor enter the trade-services agreement for the physical work.

05

Work gets performed

The independent contractor is responsible for the actual trade work, including applicable workmanship, permits, licensing, code compliance, and project execution.

06

ProjectLink stays involved

Where applicable, ProjectLink can coordinate communication, documentation, customer concerns, warranty-claim coordination, and the Remedy Loop.

01Customer reports the issue
02ProjectLink reviews & documents
03Contractor is notified
04Response / inspection is coordinated
05Corrective action is tracked where appropriate
06Customer receives status / closure

Baseline service targets in the current documentation include complaint acknowledgment within 4 hours, contractor response/dispatch coordination within 24 hours, and inspection target within 48 hours. These are service targets, not guarantees of physical repair within those exact periods.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

What makes a request useful?

Be specific.

Describe what is broken, what you want changed, and any known dimensions or materials.

Add photos when possible.

Photos can help explain the condition and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth during initial qualification.

Give a realistic timeline.

Tell us whether the project is flexible, time-sensitive, or needs attention as soon as possible.

Disclose known issues.

Mention access limitations, prior repairs, water damage, structural concerns, or other conditions you already know about.

FAQ

Questions customers usually have.

Is ProjectLink the contractor doing the work?

Ordinarily, no. ProjectLink coordinates the customer experience and contractor network. The independent contractor performs the physical trade work and remains responsible for applicable workmanship, licensing, permits, code compliance, employees/subcontractors, and trade warranties.

Does submitting this form guarantee a contractor?

No. A submission is an inquiry. ProjectLink reviews the request and availability before coordinating an introduction. Availability can depend on trade, location, project scope, timing, and network capacity.

Who gives me the project quote?

The contractor evaluating the physical work provides the applicable quote and project-specific terms. The customer and contractor enter the trade-services agreement for the physical work.

Can ProjectLink help if I have a problem after the work?

Where applicable, ProjectLink can coordinate a complaint, notify the contractor, facilitate inspection scheduling, coordinate warranty communications, track corrective action, and follow up. The contractor's separate workmanship warranty remains governed by the applicable work order, contractor warranty, manufacturer warranty, and law.

What if I have an emergency?

This website is not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate threats to life or safety, fire, gas, electrical shock, structural collapse, major flooding, or significant property damage, contact the appropriate emergency service, utility provider, or qualified emergency professional first.

What happens to my information?

Project information is used to evaluate and coordinate the inquiry. ProjectLink's internal documentation calls for controlled customer-information handling and records management. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for evaluating the project.
